Cira

Cira ("the App") is a mobile application that allows users to create social status profile images by uploading or taking portrait photos, selecting a status (e.g., staying home, exploring a shop, traveling, eating), and generating a minimalist portrait image with status text for direct sharing to social platforms.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you ("User") agree to be bound by this User Agreement (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the App.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 must obtain parental or legal guardian consent before using the App.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account by contacting Cira@gmail.com.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not:

• Upload or generate content that is infringing, illegal, defamatory, or harmful to others.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the App.
• Use the App to transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
• Use the App for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

You retain full ownership of any photos or content you upload to the App. By using the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates this Agreement or applicable laws, without prior notice.

Basic features of the App are available free of charge. Premium features (e.g., exclusive status templates, ad-free experience) may require a subscription or one-time payment.

• Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play). You agree to comply with their terms and conditions.
• Subscriptions will auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• All payments are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, with or without notice.

We may terminate your account immediately if you violate any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you will lose access to all premium features, and no refunds will be provided for unused subscription periods.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably.

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Significant changes will be notified to you via in-app notification or email. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the updated Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
